Appointments (First Visit)
A New Patient Visit is required within 45 days of becoming a patient. You may certainly make an Appointment should an Urgent Need arise prior to your scheduled first appointment.
Missed Appointments Please let us know if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We require 24 hours notice for a Canceled or Rescheduled Appointment, otherwise a charge will be made. For 2020 the charge without 24 hours notice is: $10 TeleHealth Visit, $25 Same Day Appointment, $50 Office Visit and $80 for a Comprehensive or Physical Exam. Please be courteous enough to cancel in advance if you will not be keeping an appointment, lest the time not be lost for a sick patient in need of care. As a patient of Needham Family Practice Associates you agree to abide by the appointment polices in accordance the type of insurance you may have. |
